Can I claim Twitch Drops rewards repeatedly?
The Twitch Drops rewards can only be claimed once per Dark and Darker game account.

I want to disconnect Twitch Drops
You can disconnect Twitch Drops by following the below steps.
*You must disconnect the Twitch Drops link from both the game and Twitch. There can be errors when you try to link Twitch Drops with another game account when the link is not disconnected from both ends.
Step1
Sign in to your Dark and Darker game account linked to the Twitch account.
Step2
From the Lobby, press the 'Esc' button on your keyboards, then (1) Options to (2) Account section (refer to the picture below).
You will find a menu where you can disconnect the Twitch account. Please follow the in-game instructions.
*You cannot undo it once you disconnect the Twitch Drops

I cant redeem the Felidian skin form the twitch drop, I already sent an email to support is there anything you guys can recommend
Same problem it puts me drop recovered and I have nothing on my account.
I used the option to link the Twitch account to the game via the options.
What's more, I don't know the information I used to connect to the site, since I went through Epic Games.
In addition my mail adress is not recognize on your game website.
I cannot click on Proceed in the game menu either. I therefore I cannot claim the drops
