Q. Why do I receive a "No account associated with this email." message?
A. It happens when there is no account registered under that email address. Please make sure to type the correct IRONMACE account information. The account email created for other platforms (Steam or Epic) is not IRONMACE account information.
Q. I am getting an "Incorrect password." message when I try to log in.
A. Please check again if you have typed in the correct combination of your password. If you cannot recall, we suggest you reset passwords via PW reset.
Q. What is the "Please log in to the website and draw your cancellation request"?
A. If you are in the process of account deletion, then you cannot play the game and you will get this message. Please cancel your account deletion request if you want to keep playing the game.
Q. Why is this "Server error. Please try again." message showing up?
Q. The server could be under maintenance break, or your connection could have been blocked/restricted by an Anti-virus program, ISP, VPN, etc.
You can check our maintenance and update schedules from the official Discord.
We suggest you check with your ISP regarding this issue as we cannot provide support when your connection is causing the problem.
Q. My Blacksmith launcher has no response!
A. For your convenience, remove/uninstall the current Blacksmith launcher and download the latest version from the official website.
Nevertheless, you can refer to the method below if the problem is not resolved.
- Press the Windows Start button to locate and run 'Internet Options'
- Navigate to the Advanced tab and to the Security topic.
- Uncheck the SSL check box as follows, and make sure that TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 are checked.
